Body

Resolved that the plans and specifications for the Madison Water Utility Spring Court Water Main Replacement Project, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and accept bids for said project.  Be it resolved that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept dedication of lands and/or easements from the developer/owner for public improvement located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-way.
