Body
WHEREAS, Ross Richardson LLC, the owner of Lot 14, Countryside Addition, has requested the release of the Public Sanitary Sewer Easement located within said lot; and
 
WHEREAS, no facilities exist within the easement area; and
 
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Division has reviewed and recommends the release of said easement by the City.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to execute a release of the Public Sanitary Sewer Easement, recorded April 14, 1960, as document No. 977743, Dane County Registry, described as follows and depicted in Exhibit A:
 
Part of Lot 14, Countryside Addition, City of Madison, Dane County Wisconsin, more fully described as:
 
Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of Lot 14, Countryside Addition, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin; thence Northerly along the East line of Heim Avenue to a point 10 feet North of measured at right angles to the South line of said Lot 14; thence Southeasterly on line that is parallel to and 10 feet North of measured at right angles to the South line of said Lot 14 to the East line of said Lot 14 to the Southeast corner of said Lot 14; thence Westerly along the South line of said Lot 14 to point of beginning.
