Budget Authority and funds will be transferred from the following projects to 2006 Pavement Management in 2006 Engineering Capital Budget - Major Streets

Sprecher Road Relocation - 810373         $150,000

Monona Drive - 810506                           $189,054

Underground Storage Tanks - 810374      $156,892

                                                           $495,946

No additional G.0 borrowing is required.

There is no anticipated impact upon the tax levy or cost controls.

Body

BE IT RESOLVED, that the following low bids for miscellaneous improvements be accepted and that the Mayor and City Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the low bidders contained herein, subject to the Contractor's compliance with Section 3.58 of the Madison General Ordinances concerning compliance with the Affirmative Action provisions:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the funds be encumbered to cover the cost of the projects contained herein.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the 2006 Engineering Capital Budget - Major Streets, Pavement Management be amended by $$495,946.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that budget authority and funds be transferred from Sprecher Road Relocation - 810373, Monona Drive - 810506, Underground Storage Tanks - 810374 to Pavement Management - 810358.
