Body

WHEREAS, Block 48, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on  W. Wilson Street & S. Hamilton Street adjacent to the 329-341 W. Wilson Street/324-326 S. Hamilton Street PUD.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on March 12, 2008.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No.53B2004, $20,100.00 useful life of 40 years.
