WHEREAS, Resolution 57670, adopted on 10/2/2000 has had all lots reassessed in a later assessment district;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That Resolution 57670, be rescinded due to a reassessment of these lots. This resolution has been superseded by RES-06-00236 First Addition to Valley Ridge, approved on March 7, 2006, and all lots have been reassessed relative to the streetlight improvement. Lots included were 336-338 and 366-374.
