WHEREAS, Renaissance, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements at 816-824 Williamson Street The Renaissance PUD - Phase I.   

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1939 $11,680.00 useful life of 40 years.
