The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00157 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to the CC-T (Commercial Corridor - Transitional) District:
Part of the Northeast ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of Section 36, Township 7 North, Range 9 East, in the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Beginning at an iron stake at the intersection of South line of the Northeast ¼ of the Northwest ¼ and the Easterly line of Rimrock Road (said road being 80 feet wide); thence N14º43'E, along said Easterly line, 90.67 feet to an iron stake; thence S88º52'E, parallel with the South line of said Northeast ¼ of the Northwest ¼, 212.0 feet; thence S14º43W, parallel with the Easterly line of said road to a point on the South line of said Northeast ¼ of the Northwest ¼; thence N88º52'W, along said South line 212.0 to the point of beginning.
