I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following aldermanic committee appointments:
CAPITAL AREA REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION (CARPC)
Terms have been determined for the following appointments:
ALD. ZACH BRANDON, District 7 - three-year appointment confirmed 4-17-2007.
TERM EXPIRES: 4-1-2010.
ALD. LARRY PALM, District 15 - two-year appointment confirmed 5-15-2007.
TERM EXPIRES: 4-1-2009.
CONTRACTED SERVICE OVERSIGHT SUBCOMMITTEE
ALD. JED SANBORN, District 1 - reappoint to the position of Transit and Parking Commission Member at the recommendation of the TPC Chair.
TERM EXPIRES WITH TERM ON TPC: 4-21-2009.
EDUCATION, BOARD OF - COMMON COUNCIL LIAISON COMMITTEE
ALD. MARK CLEAR, District 19 - appoint to the remainder of a one-year term to the position of Common Council Member. He succeeds Isadore Knox.
TERM EXPIRES: 4-15-2008.
ALD. SATYA RHODES-CONWAY, District 12 - appoint to the remainder of a one-year term to the position of Common Council Member. She succeeds Cindy Thomas.
TERM EXPIRES: 4-15-2008.
PARKING STRATEGIC PLAN, AD HOC COMMITTEE TO DEVELOP
ALD. BRIAN SOLOMON, District 10 - appoint to the position of Alternate Transit and Parking Commission Member at the recommendation of the TPC. He succeeds Amanda White.
