Fiscal Note
In the adopted 2016 Capital Budget the Parks Division has budgeted $310,000 for improvements to the Allied Drive Park under the Allied Drive Area Potential Park project (MUNIS 10543-51-140). Additionally the Division has $248,437 budgeted for improvements in Neighborhood Parks within the City under the Parks Facility Improvements program (MUNIS 10617-51-140) and $75,000 for a shelter and benches at Sauk Creek Park under the minor project Shelters Sauk Creek (MUNIS 17319-51-140).These projects and program has sufficient funding for the proposed work in this resolution. Funding is provided by GO borrowing, impact fees, and private donations.

Total estimated cost is $165,000.

Approving plans and specifications and authorizing the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for 2017 Parks Division Sun Shelters Installation.
Body
BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for 2017 Parks Division Sun Shelters Installation, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
