The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Paragraph 3229. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3229. The following described property is hereby omitted from the M1 Limited Manufacturing District and added to the PUD(GDP) Planned Unit Development (General Development Plan) District:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and the Southwest 22 feet of Lot 6, Block 184, Original Plat of the City of Madison, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. This parcel contains 1.06 acres."
2. Paragraph 3330. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3330. The following described property is hereby omitted from the PUD(GDP) Planned Unit Development (General Development Plan) District and added to the PUD(SIP) Planned Unit Development (Specific Implementation Plan) District:
