PREAMBLE
The City will be reconstructing the 600 block of Railroad Street in 2005. In conjunction with the reconstruction project MG&E has requested to install specialty street lighting in the 600 block. MG&E is the sole adjacent property owner along the entire project limits. MG&E has agreed to purchase, install and maintain the street lighting in the 600 block of Railroad Street. MG&E's existing encroachment agreement will be amended to include the proposed street lighting.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the installation of street lighting in the 600 block of Railroad Street be and are hereby approved.
