WHEREAS, Gorman and Company, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction. 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

Dewberry Drive from 85-feet north of Ritz Drive to the north plat line (north of Lot 15)

Ritz Drive from Tradition Avenue to the east plat line (west line of Lost 12)

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1933 $15,748.16 useful of 40 years.
