Body
WHEREAS, JAKS Investments LLC, the owner of the property located at 1802 Maplecrest Drive, has requested the release of a portion of a platted utility easement reserved across said property; and
 
WHEREAS, City Engineering staff has reviewed and recommends the release of such easement; and
 
WHEREAS, easement releases from all public utility companies having an interest in such easement have been received and recorded.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release of Platted Public Utility Easement for land described as follows:
 
Part of Lot 53, Hawks Landing, lying in part of the SW1/4 of Section 34, T7N R8E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, said easement being more particularly described as follows:
 
The westerly and southwesterly twelve (12) feet of said Lot 53; except the northerly 12 feet and the southeasterly six (6) feet of said Lot 53.
