Accepting bituminous surface pavement constructed by Private Contract in Eagle Trace Phase 5 - Surface Paving, Private Contract No. 9067 (District 9)
Body
WHEREAS, VHET, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for: Eagle Trace Phase 5 - Surface Paving.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Lush Woods Trail from North Lot Line of Lot 97 to South Lot Line of Lot 96
• North Sugar Maple Lane from North Lot Line of Lot 8 to South Lot Line of Lot 95
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 13763 by $13,839.81 for a useful life of 40 years.
