Title
Submitting the name of George Hank III for confirmation of a five year term as Inspection Unit Director.
Body
WHEREAS, Mayor Cieslewicz has appointed George Hank III to the position of Inspection Unit Director and has recommended to the Common Council that his appointment be confirmed; and
WHEREAS, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Hank;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Mr. Hank's appointment to the position of Inspection Unit Director is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Hank.
