Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in Sauk Heights - Phase I, Private Contract No. 1944. (9th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, Weber Development LTD, has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
Bear Claw Way from Old Sauk Road to the west plat line.
Fargo Trail from Bear Claw Way to the south line of Lot 59
White Fox Lane from the east plat line to the west plat line.
Eagle Nest Lane from White Fox Lane to the south line of Lot 68.
Crown Hill from Bear Claw Way to the east plat line.
Fawn Ridge Circle from Fargo Trail to the west end.
Ingress/egress improvements on Old Sauk Road.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1944 $14,708.51 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said bituminous pavement shall have commenced on September 26, 2005.
