Private Contract, No City Funds Required

Title

Accepting curb and gutter, sidewalk, and other public infrastructure improvements constructed by private contract for J.H. Findorff and Sons Headquarters PUD, Private Contract No. 1803.  (4th AD)

Body

WHEREAS, J.H. Findorff and Sons, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on S. Bedford Street and West Wilson Street adjacent to the J.H. Findorff and Sons Headquarters PUD located at 601 West Wilson Street.

WHEREAS, the Developer did not return the requested Lien Waivers and Affidavit as required in the Developer's Agreement and the Statute of Limitations has expired.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on January 1, 2003.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1803, $9,450.00 useful life of 40 years.
