WHEREAS, Domain Apartments, LLC c/o Fiduciary Real Estate Development, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the installation of street tree planting and terrace improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Domain Apartments (415 W. Johnson Street, 226 N. Broom Street and 424 W. Dayton Street).

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

That said terrace improvements adjacent to Domain Apartments (415 W. Johnson Street, 226 N. Broom Street and 424 W. Dayton Street) are hereby accepted.
