Fiscal Note

This transfer is budget neutral.  Funds are available within Project 810402 "Neighborhood Parks Improvements" to accommodate the transfer.  There is no anticipated impact upon the levy or cost controls.

To Amend the 2005 Parks Division Capital Budget to allow for the transfer of $75,000 from Project 810402 "Neighborhood Parks Improvements" to Project 810403                     "Pavement Improvements".

Body

Preamble

The 2005 Parks Paving Contract covers all paving repairs and replacements within the City of Madison parks system.  The budgeted amount for 2005 was insufficient to cover all projects.  The paving involved is in neighborhood parks and there is money available in the Neighborhood Parks Improvements fund to cover this shortfall.  

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED  That the 2005 Parks Division Capital Budget is amended to allow for the transfer of $75,000 from Project 810402 "Neighborhood Parks Improvements" to Project 810403 "Pavement Improvements".
