Preamble
On June 6, 2006 the Common Council approved the Valley View Road Street Assessment District-2006, Resolution No. RES-06-00477, Legislative File #03706.
The Subdivision Contract for the Linden Park plat states that the developer of the plat, MB Investments of WI, LLC, is responsible for the improvement of Valley View Road including fourteen (14) feet of the pavement, concrete curb and gutter, and all work associated with the construction of such. The original Schedule of Assessments did not include all of the properties in the Linden Park plat, owned by MB Investments of WI, LLC that have frontage along Valley View Road.
The Schedule of Assessments for the Valley View Road Street Assessment District-2006 are hereby revised to include all parcels within the Linden Park Plat, owned by MB Investments of WI, LLC, which have frontage along Valley View Road.
BE IT RESOLVED:
The City at large is justly chargeable with and shall pay the sum of $317,000 of the entire cost of said improvements, and the sum assigned to each separate parcel, as indicated on the attached schedule of assessment, is hereby specially assessed upon each such parcel.
