Assessing Benefits Lake Mendota Drive Assessment District - 2023 Revised (District 19)

Body

WHEREAS, the construction of improvement(s) on Lake Mendota Drive Assessment District - 2023  has been completed; and

 

WHEREAS, the benefits associated with these improvements were initially assessed under File 84803, RES-24-00533; and

 

WHEREAS, the initial amounts for parcels 0709-184-0801-8 (5053 Lake Mendota Dr.), 0709-184-0811-7 (1134 Merrill Springs Rd), 0709-184-0611-1 (5209 Lake Mendota Dr.), and 0709-184-0701-0 (1137 Minocqua Crescent) were updated to reflect corrected amounts

 

WHEREAS, it has been determined that the abutting property is to pay the amount per the attached schedule of assessments.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the revised sums so charged to the abutting property be and are hereby assessed and levied upon said property payable by the owners of the lots or parcels of land benefited as determined by the Board of Public Works, and in accordance with its recommendations, the amount so charged to each of the lots or parcels of land so benefited being as follows, to wit:
