WHEREAS, the water main improvements constructed by private contract in The Meadowlands - Phase 5 (Private Contract #2084) have been installed in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said water main improvements be and are hereby accepted.
