Private Contract, No City Funds Are Required.

Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in Reston Heights - Phase V, Private Contract No. 1816 (3rd AD)

Body

WHEREAS, Reston Corp. has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

Stockbridge Drive from the west line of Lot 147 (existing street) thru East Hill Parkway Intersection.

East Hill Parkway from Stockbridge Drive to the north line of Lot 198.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1816 $10,441.83 useful life of 40-years.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said bituminous pavement shall have commenced on April 4, 2005.
