Body
WHEREAS, Hovde Realty Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Milwaukee Street - existing street easterly to the east line of Lot 2, Certified Survey Map No. 11313.
Wyalusing Drive - existing street northerly to Milwaukee Street.
Increase in street infrastructure value for project No. 53B1892 $200,084.94 useful life of 40-years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said street improvements shall have commenced on November 3, 2004.
