DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:                     This ordinance amendment rezones property located at 2066-2094 Helena Street from TE (Traditional Employment) District to TSS (Traditional Shopping Street) District to facilitate redevelopment of the site with a multi-family dwelling.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

                     1.                     Map Amendment 00748 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

“28.022-00748. The following described property is hereby rezoned to TSS (Traditional Shopping Street) District.

 

All of Lots 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24 and the southwestern 5.15 feet of Lot 25. Block 2, Groveland, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described area contains 35,535 square feet (0.816 acres).”
