Resolved that the water service lateral installation improvements in Mid Town Road Apartments - Phase II, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $1,500.00 to expire not earlier than September 8, 2006, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
