PREAMBLE

This project consists of installation of new sidewalk along Nana Lane adjacent to Thut Park.  The work will be accomplished with Contract #6103, Sidewalk and Curb & Gutter, Citywide Installation and Repair-2008.

BE IT RESOLVED,

1)      That the final plans for sidewalk on Nana Lane adjacent to Thut Park to be installed with Contract #6103, Sidewalk and Curb & Gutter, Citywide Installation and Repair-2008, be and are hereby approved.

2)      That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept dedication of lands and/or easements from the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of the existing public fee title or easement rights-of-ways.
