Accepting sanitary sewer and storm sewer constructed by Private Contract In 133 E Lakeside Street, Private Contract No. 9043 (District 13).
Body
WHEREAS, THE POST APARTMENTS, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer and storm sewer improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 133 E Lakeside Street.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

1. That said sanitary sewer and storm sewer be and are hereby accepted.

2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

SANITARY SEWER ACCOUNTING DATA

A) Total Contract Value (including Engineering
and Miscellaneous Costs) $ $1,961.49

B) Contributions in Aid of Construction:
a) Public Sewer Components $ $1,961.49
b) Sewer Laterals $ ____-0-

C) Investments in Capital (MSU Share) $ ____-0-

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $31,612.94 .
WHEREAS, THE POST APARTMENTS, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer and storm sewer improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 133 E Lakeside Street.
