Body
WHEREAS a Certified Survey Map of property owned by Bozeman Land Holdings, LLC (formerly Interstate Overlook, LLC, formerly Winston at Churchill, LLC) and located at 4205 Portage Road, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin has been duly filed for approval by the Plan Commission, its Secretary or their designee, as provided for in Section 16.23(4)(f) of Madison General Ordinances; and
WHEREAS the Common Council previously approved this Certified Survey Map by Resolution 23-00127 (ID 73801) on February 7, 2023 following a recommendation by the Plan Commission on January 23, 2023; and
WHEREAS the Common Council re-approved this Certified Survey Map by Resolution 24-00109 (ID 81948) on February 13, 2024 subject to the conditions of approval contained in an updated letter of approval dated February 6, 2024; and
WHEREAS the Common Council re-approved this Certified Survey Map by Resolution 25-00090 (ID 87043) on February 11, 2025 subject to the February 6, 2024 conditions of approval; and
WHEREAS Chapter 236, Wisconsin Statutes requires that the Madison Common Council approve any dedications proposed or required as part of the proposed division of the lands contained on said Certified Survey Map;
WHEREAS Wis. Stat. 236.34(2)(b) requires that a Certified Survey Map be offered for recording within twelve (12) months of last approval of same;
