Resolved that Water Main Installation improvements in First Addition to Valley Ridge, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $5,000 to expire not earlier than July 11, 2007, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
