WHERAS the City of Madison Parking Utility requires engineering services for maintenance of their parking structures and other facilities, and
 
WHERAS Arnold & O'Sheridan, Inc., a Madison firm having knowledge and experience in major rehabilitation of parking structures, has provided engineering and inspection services to the Parking Utility, and has been selected among several engineering firms who submitted proposals to the Parking Utility.
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute an Agreement between the City of Madison and Arnold & O'Sheridan, Inc. for providing engineering services per the City's request for proposal No. 7837-0-2007/MM for a period of 3 years for a total cost of $56,000 in 2007, $34,000 in 2008, and $35,000 in 2009 plus additional work during the those three years on a time and materials basis.
