Accepting street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, constructed by private contract in Churchill Heights - Phase III, Private Contract No. 1977
Body
WHEREAS, Churchill Homes, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Diloretto Avenue from Vidon Drive easterly to the existing street.
Vidon Drive from Bellgrove Lane (existing street) northerly to the north plat line
Sutteridge Trail from Vidon Drive to Westerfield Lane.
Westerfield Lane from Sutteridge Trail to Vidon Drive
Pathway in public access strip in Outlot 2, between Lots 93 and 94
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No 53B1977 $181,591.07 useful life of 40-years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said street improvements shall have commenced on December 10, 2004.
