The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

Paragraph 2. of Subdivision (i) of Subsection (1) entitled "Basic Salary Schedules By Compensation Group" of Section 3.38 entitled "Compensation Plan" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by deleting the classification of City Traffic Engineer in Compensation Group 21, Range 21, and creating the classification of City Traffic Engineer and Parking Manager in Compensation Group 21, Range  21,  thereof.
