Proposed changes to the Shelter fees include the addition of the Imagination Center at Reindahl Park in August 2026, increased fees on two levels of shelters, and a new fee for when locked facilities are left unlocked by customers. Changes made to the transfer and cancelation policies bring closer alignment between shelter and athletic fees.
