Accepting sidewalk improvements constructed by Private Contract In University Research Park - Science Drive Sidewalk, Private Contract No. 8442 (District 10).
Body
WHEREAS, UNIVERSITY RESEARCH PARK, INCORPORATED, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sidewalk improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: University Research Park - Science Drive Sidewalk.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sidewalk improvements be and are hereby accepted.
2. That the sidewalk improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Science Drive Sidewalk from 506 Science Drive to 1136 FT S of Science Court
• Science Drive Sidewalk from 1136 FT S of Science Court to 450 FT E of Whitney Way
• Science Drive Sidewalk from 450 FT E of Whitney Way to S Whitney Way
• S Rosa Road Public Traffic Island from 500 S Rosa Road to 500 S Rosa Road
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 12494 by $ 92,920.30 for a useful life of 40 years.
