Body
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the final plat of "Eighth Addition to Blackhawk Subdivision" on property owned by McKenzie 300 Corp. located at 9702 Old Sauk Road, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, which has been duly filed for reapproval of the Madison Common Council, be and the same is hereby reapproved as required by Chapter 236, Wisconsin Statutes.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Madison are hereby authorized to sign the final plat, bond and subdivision contract, subsequent affidavits of corrections, parkland acquisition documents, easement or right-of-way release or procurement documents or any other related document or documents as deemed necessary by the Secretary of the Plan Commission in accordance with the reapproved plat.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all dedications included in this final plat or required as a condition of reapproval of this plat be and are hereby accepted by the City of Madison.
 
 
Previous approval resolution was approved in February 2004.
