2026 Report re: Board, Committee, Commission, Ad Hoc Committee and Subcommittee Members who have not filed the Statement of Interests Form

Pursuant to City Ordinances 3.35(9)(i), the following members of Boards, Committees, Commission, Subcommittees and Ad Hoc Committees have not filed the Statement of Interests within 10 days of the Clerk's notice as required. The Common Council shall, at the second meeting after receipt of the Clerk's notice, revoke the appointment of any such member.
