Title: The twenty-seven (27) positions of Parking Enforcement Officer in Compensation Group 16, Range 08, and the position of Parking Enforcement Leadworker in Compensation Group 16, Range 10, in the permanent salary detail of the Police Department are repealed and recreated as twenty-seven (27) positions of Parking Enforcement Officer in Compensation Group 16, Range 11 and a position of Parking Enforcement Leadworker in Compensation Group 16, Range 13.

Fiscal Note
The total cost for the remainder of 2005 is estimated at $6,700 and is not available in the Police Department's 2005 budget.  The Police Department expects to request an additional appropriation later in 2005, and the funding required for the Parking Enforcement Officers and Leadworker will be included in that request.  The 2006 total cost is estimated at $85,000 and is included in the 2006 Executive Budget.

Be it hereby resolved that the twenty-seven (27) position of Parking Enforcement Officer in Compensation Group 16, Range 08, and the position of Parking Enforcement Leadworker in Compensation Group 16, Range 10, in the permanent salary detail of the Police Department are repealed and recreated as twenty-seven (27) position of Parking Enforcement Officer in Compensation Group 16, Range 11 and a position of Parking Enforcement Leadworker in Compensation Group 16, Range 13, thereof.  Be it further resolved that the incumbents shall be reallocated to said positions (position and incumbent data attached).
