The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3438. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3438.  The following described property is hereby omitted from the Temp A Temporary Agriculture District and added to the R1 Single-Family Residence District:
All that part of Lot 1 of Dane County CSM 9278 being located in part of the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ and part of the NE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 4, Township 6N, Range 8E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the North quarter corner of said section 4; thence S00°11'07"W, along the west line of the NE ¼, 600.89 feet; thence N89°21'14"E, 52.09 feet to the southwest corner of lot 33 of Hawks Meadow Subdivision and the point of beginning of the lands hereinafter described; thence continuing N89°21'14"E, along the south line of Hawks Landing Subdivision and the proposed Hawks Ridge Subdivision, 1254.30 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 21 of Hawks Ridge Estates Subdivision; thence S00°01'56"W, 366.91 feet along the west line of Hawks Ridge Estates Subdivision to the southwest corner of said Hawks Ridge Estates Subdivision; thence S89°21'46"W, 1257.62 feet to a point on the east right-of-way line of Woods Road; thence N01°42'04"E, 366.78 feet to the point of beginning.  This parcel contains 10.57 acres of land."
