Body
WHEREAS, Princeton Club Real Estate LLC, the owner of the property located at 1702-1726 Eagan Road, has requested the release of a portion of a platted public utility easement reserved across said property; and
 
WHEREAS, City Engineering staff has reviewed and recommends the release of such easement, contingent upon receipt of easement releases from all public utility companies having an interest in such easement.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release of Public Utility Easement for land described as follows:
 
Part of Lots 12 and 13, First Addition to Eagan Commercial Plat, recorded in Volume 50 of Plats, on pages 27 & 28, as Document Number 1600027, Dane County Registry, more fully described as follows:
 
The Westerly six (6) feet of said Lot 12 and the Easterly six (6) feet of said Lot 13.
 
The above-described easement being released is depicted on attached Exhibit A.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that execution of the Release of Public Utility Easement shall be contingent upon receipt of easement releases from all public utility companies having an interest in the easement.
