Resolved that Water Main Installation improvements in Seventh Addition to Blackhawk Subdivision - Phase III, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $3500 to expire not earlier than August 1, 2007, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
