Body

WHEREAS, Premium Real Estate, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

North Star Drive from the southwest line of Lot 378 (existing street) to the northeast line of Outlot 358.

Copernicus Way from the south line of Lot 369 (existing street) to North Star Drive.

Alleys in Outlots 21 and 22.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1919 $25,779.05 useful life of 40-years.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said bituminous pavement shall have commenced on December 14, 2005.
