Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in Grandview Commons - Phase II, Private Contract No. 1875. (16th AD)

WHEREAS, Great Neighborhoods, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
North Star Drive from Cottage Grove Road to Gemini Drive.
Sharpsburg Drive from North Star Drive to the northeast line of Lot 410.
Jupiter Drive from North Star Drive to the north line of Lot 462.
Gemini Drive from North Star Drive to Jupiter Drive.
Kilpatrick Lane from Sharpsburg Drive to the east plat line.
Orion Trail from Sharpsburg Drive to the northwest line of Outlot 24.
Cottage Grove Road Improvements - Station 41+25+ to Station 55+50+
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said street improvements shall have commenced on May 1, 2005. City Engineering has completed the final inspection of said improvements.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1875 $215,390.46 useful life of 40 years.
