Accepting street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, constructed by private contract in Eighth Addition to Blackhawk Subdivision - Phase I, Private Contract No. 2070. (9th AD)

WHEREAS, McKenzie 300 Corporation, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Blue Aster Trail from the south line of Lot 433 to the north line of Lot 413 (existing street).
Silver Sage Trail from Blue Aster Trail to the south line of Lot 453 (existing street).
Fallen Leaf Drive from Silver Sage Trail to the northeast line of Lot 407 (existing street).
River Birch Road from Trappers Trail to Fallen Leaf Drive (existing street).
Trappers Trail from the south line of Lot 462 to the northeast line of lot 405 (existing street).
Increase in steet infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2070 $261,503.71 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guaranty shall have commenced on April 30, 2007.
