Public Health-Madison and Dane County (PHMDC) Laboratory provides water testing services to the Licensed Establishment program on an annual basis. This transfer of funds is to pay for the water testing services for 2019. This fund transfer pays for 674 Total Coliform test and 167 Pseudomonas tests for Swimming pools and Whirlpools in Dane County.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Health for Madison and Dane County, on behalf of Public Health-Madison and Dane County, authorizes the transfer of the amounts of Licensed Establishment revenue as outlined below, for the purpose of paying for Laboratory testing services.
