This resolution amends the 2019 Operating Budget for Stormwater Utility to appropriate $21,575.85 in insurance proceeds to allow for the purchase of replacement equipment.

Body
WHEREAS, in July 2019, City of Madison Stormwater Utility survey equipment was involved in an accident resulting in it being deemed a total loss; and
WHEREAS, the City of Madison’s Risk Manager has received $21,575.85 from the City’s insurance carrier to cover the City’s loss;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the 2019 Stormwater Utility Operating Budget be amended by the amount of the insurance proceeds for the purchase of replacement equipment as follows:
