Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in Greystone, Private Contract No. 1881. 9th Ald. District.
Body
WHEREAS, Greystone Group, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Cricket Lane from Old Sauk Road to the east plat line (existing street)
Shadow Ridge Trail from Cricket Lane to the west plat line.
Cone Flower Street from Cricket Lane to the north plat line (existing street)
Greystone Lane from Shadow Ridge Trail to Cone Flower Street.
Greystone Circle from Cone Flower Street to the east end.
Temporary Improvements on Old Sauk Road at Cricket Lane.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1881 $43,931.65, useful life 40-years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said bituminous pavement shall have commenced on October 18, 2004.
