On October 15, 2004, the City Engineer opened bids for the Boiler Management Control System project for Metro. On November 9, 2004, the Common Council adopted a resolution, awarding the contract for the Boiler Management Control System project for Metro to PBBS Equipment Corporation. On May 5, 2005, PBBS Equipment Corporation submitted an affidavit, certifying that the prevailing wage requirements have been met, and its request for final payment.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Boiler Management Control System improvements on the Metro facility which have been completed on April 5, 2005 be and are hereby accepted.
