The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
The Labor Agreement between the City of Madison and the Building and Construction Trades Council of South Central Wisconsin and Its Appropriate Affiliated Locals for the period January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2005 is hereby adopted in its entirety and confirmed in all respects.
