Body

BE IT RESOLVED, that the following low bids for miscellaneous improvements be accepted and that the Mayor and City Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the low bidders contained herein, subject to the Contractor's compliance with Section 3.59 of the Madison General Ordinances concerning compliance with the Affirmative Action provisions and subject to the approval and authorization of Federal Funds by the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Comptroller is authorized to transfer $62,000 from CE22-57444-810427 to CS60-79441-810284-00-53W0180.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City will be reimbursed with Federal Funds a total of $971,491.00 for the contracted work.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the funds be encumbered to cover the cost of the projects contained herein.
